So What If Health Care takes 30% of Your Income

Over at the Angry Bear there’s some discussion regarding Greg Mankiw’s article in the New York Times this weekend about healthcare….It is sad to see someone of his stature spew statistics that are weak and misleading just to support his candidate’s position on Health Care….Mankiw’s books are used throughout colleges in this country to teach intro economic courses….He actually tries to make the connection that the more we spend, the longer we get to live….

“Fortunately, our incomes are growing, and it makes sense to spend this growing prosperity on better health.”
